Welcome to online claims reporting! Fund members that are familiar with the P/L online claim forms will notice a few enhancements. We have included a link to give users the option of returning to this page and added a few questions that will require a response. Don't worry, the changes are minimal!
If you are a Fund member and are not reporting property or liability claims on line, we encourage you to do so. There are many benefits to online reporting so check out the forms now!
