Report a Property or Liability Claim

Welcome to online claims reporting! Fund members that are familiar with the P/L online claim forms will notice a few enhancements. We have included a link to give users the option of returning to this page and added a few questions that will require a response. Don't worry, the changes are minimal!

If you are a Fund member and are not reporting property or liability claims on line, we encourage you to do so. There are many benefits to online reporting so check out the forms now!

You can report a claim at your convenience 24/7
Online claim forms are monitored frequently by claims staff to ensure timely service to you and your employees
You can edit and review claim information before it is submitted
You can e-mail pictures, police reports, and other investigative documents
You will receive confirmation of the reported claim via e-mail
After a claim has been created, you will receive the assigned claim number and adjuster contact information via e-mail
