Course Description
Child sexual abusers give gifts to create a more intimate relationships with students and to reward them for their participation, compliance and secrecy. They may also give gifts to parents to entice them into a personal relationship and create indebtedness.
We will look at the way child sexual abusers use tangible and intangible gifts as an integral part of the seductive grooming process to target a small subset of vulnerable students and how policies can interrupt that process.
This child sexual abuse prevention course is available with the compliance courses to all Fund Vector Solutions school district members. Vector Solutions offers three versions of this course: one for elementary schools, one for middle schools, and one for high schools.
